  • ​PAYMENTS:​

We make it easy and convenient for you! ​​​

  • ​We can accept cash in person for local purchases and deliveries. For online or in-person purchases, we also accept debit cards and the major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Jcb, ChinaUnionPay, Diners, CartesBancaires, Electron, Maestro.   

  • We accept scan-to-pay in person for Venmo, and Paypal, and also online!

  • We accept Googlepay and Applepay via our website or in person with Tap to Pay!

  • We now accept "Pay in Four "and "Afterpay" for your convenience *** via our website only! 

  • We also offer digital gift cards. Please see our Gift card page.​

  • ORDER PROCESSING: â€‹

    • Most of our items are in stock when you purchase them online. We offer many "in stock" but made-to-order items. 

    • When an item is "in stock"and already made, we will process your order in 1-5 days. Our processing time is usually 1 day for in stock items. Once your order is processed, we will ship your items according to the shipment option you chose. 

    • For Made-to-order items, please allow us up to two weeks to make your jewelry and process your order. The wait may be a little longer, but we believe our jewelry is well worth the wait. Once processed and made, your items will be shipped according to your preferences. We will always notify you that your order has been shipped. 

    • For specially Customized jewelry orders, meaning products we don't normally carry or offer, but are willing to make for you. This could be products that require a specific length or a different metal, please allow us 2-6 weeks to make and process your order. We will then ship your order according to your shipping preferences. We will try to update you on the status of your order during the process.  

    • To be clear, depending on availability of your ordered items and if you have ordered a customized item, production and processing time is not included in your choice of shipment. For example, if you ordered a custom made necklace to be sent with USPS priority shipping and your necklace takes two weeks to make, your wait will be those two weeks plus your shipment time of 1-3 days for priority.

    • Our jewelry is hand made so orders take time.  Thank you for your patience and understanding.

    • If you have a specific question as to how long your particular order will take to process, please don't hesitate to ask! We are always available to chat, through email, or phone call. If you have reached us outside of business hours, we will make every effort to return your communication. 

    • ​All CUSTOM orders MUST be prepaid. 

      • ​​This includes local area orders. If you will have your order mailed, you must pre-pay, if you will be picking your order up, you must also pre-pay. We will send you a quote first.

  • SHIPPING: â€‹

    • International: If your order will be delivered to you outside the US, we will send your postage via USPS first class package International Service, or Priority Mail International for larger packages, prices calculated at payment. 

    • If you would like your international order shipped via DHL which provides tracking, please reach out to us via email. 

    • ​United States: We ship USPS Ground advantage, but we also can ship USPS Priority and Express, as listed during checkout.  We will notify you once your order ships.

  • WHOLESALE:

    • We do offer wholesale, please call or email us for exact details! We offer what we have in stock and also special custom orders through​ collaboration with your business.

  • PRODUCT SAFTEY:

    • Our Jewelry is intended to be worn by older teens and adults.  Please keep adult jewelry products out of the reach of children and animals, as there are small parts that could be ingested and cause choking or be harmful in some other way. ​

    • We strive to choose manufacturing supplies that are free of dangerous elements like lead, and cadmium.

  • REPAIRS​:  

    • We are sorry, but we do not function as a jewelry repair business, meaningwe only repair items that we make. We do not accept repair or modification orders of any other outside jewelry.   â€‹

    • ​Our return policy is 30 days, but our jewelry is guaranteed up to one year which means we will repair or replace your product if it breaks or fails through no fault of your own within one year, however... sorry, but if your puppy ate your necklace, well, we can sell you another! :-)

    • If you purchased jewelry from us and desire a repair, please contact us by phone or email to initiate your repair request. After you ship your items, we will reimburse you for standard shipping only, or Ground advantage prices, but only if you are requesting repair or replacement within a one year time frame after your original purchase.

    • Anytime after one year, if you desire a repair or modification, you will be responsible for all shipping costs. â€‹â€‹â€‹

  • RETURNS:

    •  Please be aware that we do not refund shipping costs for change of heart returns or exchanges, within your 30 day grace period.  If you need an exchange, it's our policy to process that exchange, for your original item once we receive it in return from you. You can order another item at any time or wait until we process your refund. Within 30 days We issue refunds for a "change of heart" once we receive the item in new or like new condition.  

    • ​​Up to 30 days after the receipt of your purchase. That means from the day you received your item, not the purchase date, you have 30 days from that day to contact us and initiate a return.

    • If there was a product failure, for one example, if a clasp broke (came apart) through no fault of your own, we issue a refund, or repair and will also reimburse you for your shipping cost to send it back to us the cost of standard shipping. An example is: USPS ground advantage or UPS equivalent. If you ship it priority or express, the extra cost will be on you.  

    •  Please contact us before returning anything.  We will make sure that you have the correct address and respond to any concerns you had with your purchase. 

    • Super important! Please read! For refunds or exchanges, it's necessary to provide our store with evidence of a purchase such as your digital receipt that we sent either by text or email. We will need all the information available to process a return to your credit or debit card. Without that information, you can only receive a shop credit for the amount due excluding tax, if through examination we agree that you are trying to exchange our products.

    •  If it was a gift, it is incumbent upon you to access the digital receipt information from the original purchaser, or again, you will only receive a shop credit, because it may not be possible to access the original purchase information on our end. Thank you.​

  • GIFT CARD INFORMATION​

    • Please note that Gulflily Gift cards which includes E digital Gift Cards are not refundable, nor can they be exchanged for cash.

    • Please note that our digital Gift Cards do have a five year expiration date. Please make a purchase before that time. â€‹

  • TAXES:  â€‹â€‹

    • Local: A Florida state sales tax percentage plus any surtax will automatically collected on local orders. 

    • International:  We do ship Internationally, but we do not collect taxes or duties on your International orders.  Please be aware of and prepared to pay any additional taxes, fees or duties levied by your local authorities of your particular region, as that may occur, as this is out of our control. We do not calculate at checkout, or reimburse you for those costs, as those will vary based on your location which we do not, nor have the power to control.   ​

  • PRIVACY: 

    • Your privacy is important to us.  Gulflily LLC, will not sell your personal information, or email addresses, nor will we use it for reasons other than to conduct our business with you our valued customer and for securely processing your orders and payments.  If you have filled out a subscriber form with information like your name and email, we use that information solely for the purpose of communications with you or for our email marketing campaigns which you are free to opt out of at any time.
